At Home Workout

50 Mountain Climbers
50 Air Squats
50 Push Ups

All for time.

Finish with 100 abmat sit ups (not timed)
To do ABMAT sit ups at home fold a large towel and place at the base of your back.

To keep your intensity level high, focus on a number of reps you want to hit before resting and how many breaths or seconds you will allow yourself to take for recovery each time.  This is just one way to keep your intensity level up without giving up on your workout!

The higher the intensity, the greater the result.

You can post your time and thoughts in the comments :)

An Introductory Post

I've given blogging a try once or twice before and I really suck at it.  But because I don't want to spend a lot of money on a website, I'm going to go ahead and just give it another go.  I really want to be able to be in touch with everyone, even if they can't make it to work out.  I know my schedule isn't really all that flexible, but that shouldn't mean there aren't things you can do on your own, or stay motivated even when you aren't here!

I'll try to post the workouts that we complete at the house for the most part and put up some workouts that you can be doing on your own.  You can comment, or email me anytime with suggestions or questions or whatever!
